2003
The SLG Thomas 20-year Jubilee Conference took place on August 15-16, 2003 at Reval Hotel Latvia and included participants from the SLG Thomas network in the Baltics - Tallinn, Riga & Vilnius. We also organized a training programme in cooperation with the American Chamber of Commerce in the summer of 2002- further proof that the Thomas System is taken seriously as an international development tool.

2005
ERICSSON Nordic has bought the new Team, Leadership, Coaching and Staff Motivation program for 100 managers. The courses took place in September-October 2005. Source and Co-trainer: Bo Ottenback, SLG Thomas International, Stockholm.

2008 October and Jan 2009
Sales training delivered in spite of the on-going crisis with quality driven client understanding that remotivation of staff is very important also in such times - if not even more. Training in Russian by experienced trainer flown in from Moscow to support our client's Russian and Pan-Baltic team.

Spring 2009
Thomas orientation courses one-on-one took place. These focused on understanding oneself and what the system may yield put into proper practise.
