Managing Director & Owner

I'm Henrik Mjöman and I'm the captain and owner of the PRIME ship. My job is to keep the ship steady and make sure that we reach our final destination. I have some experience of these ideas - I served in the Royal Swedish Navy from 1979 to 1987 so I have gained a lot of experience in leading people and helping people to keep their own personality but also to work for each other.

My major assets in my business life are my abilities to create contacts and networks as well as seeing and creating new business opportunities. As a result I have worked on recruitment projects in St. Petersburg, banking development projects in Latvia and import and export assignments in Sweden and Latvia. I've been living and working in Latvia for 20 years and I speak enough Latvian to communicate with local people in their own language.

I see Latvia as a land of opportunities. Our company was founded in 1997 and a lot of exciting things have happened since the start. My goal is not only to make my own business grow, but also to be able to help the people of Latvia to develop and use their abilities in the international world of employment.
